ZON2006-00522) AT 3444 GULFCREST DRIVE Attachment: P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 2007 RECOMMENDATION Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, approving the Height Variation, Variance, Grading, and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2006-00522). DISCUSSION At the May 22, 2007 Planning Commission meeting, staff recommended denial to a proposed project that included 2,098yd³ of grading, a new 2,221ft² lower level addition with a portion over an extreme slope, a new patio/pool deck, and a new children’s play area in the rear yard of an existing single-story residence. The Planning Commission considered the applicant’s request and voted 4-2 (Commissioners Knight and Lewis dissenting) to approve the proposed project, provided that all improvements over the extreme slope other than the addition shall be removed. Staff has prepared a revised Planning Commission Resolution to memorialize this decision for the Planning Commission’s consideration and adoption at tonight’s meeting. ATTACHMENT
