Pozole Recipe
Ingredients

Pork Roast, cut in chunks

Red Chile Pods

Garlic Salt
-
Can of Hominy
Directions

Cook meat in salted water until it shreds
easily.

In blender, blend red chile, water, and garlic
salt until thick and smooth.

When meat is done (about one hour), add chile
mixture.

Add hominy and bring to a boil.
-
Turn heat down and let simmer 10 minutes.
-
Serve with chopped onions, with lemon slices
on the side with bread.

Pozole was eaten at midday.
