CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included

two residential burglaries, six vehicle burglaries, one felonious assault, one grand theft (auto), one petty theft and two acts vandalism.

ARRESTS

Drunk Driving - 1

December 16

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole a watch and

jewelry from a home on Narcissa Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole

numerous items from a vehicle in a driveway in the 4300 block of Via Frascati.

Felonious Assault (daytime) - A male suspect punched and kicked a female

victim during an argument in the 27900 block of Ridgebluff Court.

Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a

woman's purse from a vehicle in a driveway in the 5900 block of Ocean Terrace Drive.

December 17

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a

suitcase from a car in the 3200 block of Starline Drive.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole

two computers from a car in the 3200 block of Starline Drive.

December 19

Grand Theft (auto) (nighttime) - A 1991 Honda Civic was stolen from the 2000

block of General Street.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a

bag containing numerous items from a car in the 6800 block of Alta Vista Drive.

December 20

Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole

numerous items from a car in a parking lot in the 28900 block of Western Avenue.

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown entered through an

unlocked sliding glass door and stole numerous items from an apartment in the 28100 block of Peacock Ridge Drive.
