CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included

two commercial burglaries, one residential burglary, one other structure burglary, one grand theft, three petty thefts and three acts of vandalism

November 27

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown removed a door lock and

stole numerous items from the garage of a home in the 28900 block of Covecrest Drive.

Commercial Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown removed a padlock and

stole tires and rims from a business in the 29700 block of Western Avenue.

Other Structure Burglary (daytime) - A male suspect stole U.S. coins from a

vending machine outside a business in the 31200 block of Palos Verdes Drive West. There was no sign of forced entry to the machine.

November 28

Commercial Burglary (daytime) - A male suspect and a female suspect were

arrested after stealing numerous items from a supermarket in the 30000 block of Hawthorne Boulevard.

November 30

Grand Theft - A victim reported that between November 18th - 30th, person(s)

unknown stole jewelry from her home in the 6800 block of Crest Road. There was no sign of forced entry.
