CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included

one armed robbery, one commercial burglary, two felonious assaults, two grand thefts (auto), one grand theft, three petty thefts, one mail theft and one act of vandalism

November 18

Grand Theft (auto) (overnight) - A 1997 Honda Accord was stolen from a

driveway in the 5000 block of Blackhorse Drive.

November 19

Armed Robbery (nighttime) - Two male suspects, armed with handguns, forced

employees at a theater in the 28900 block of Western Avenue to give them U.S. currency.

November 20

Commercial Burglary (daytime) - A male suspect and a female suspect were

arrested after stealing liquor from a supermarket in the 28500 block of Western Avenue.

Felonious Assault (daytime) - A group of male suspects punched and kicked a

male victim on the face and upper body in the 700 block of Silver Spur Road.

November 21

Grand Theft (auto) (overnight) - A 1991 Toyota Camry was stolen from the

garage of an apartment complex in the 29600 block of Western Avenue.

Grand Theft (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from an

unlocked vehicle in a driveway in the 29800 block of Knoll View Drive.

November 24

Felonious Assault (nighttime) - A male suspect was arrested after cutting a

male victim with a broken bottle at a home in the 4000 block of Exultant Drive.
