CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
included one armed robbery, one residential burglary, one attempted
grand theft, auto, one grand theft, auto and two
petty thefts.
ARRESTS
Narcotics Laws - 2
August 19
Attempted Grand Theft, Auto - Person (s) unknown pried the door lock of
a car in the 29500 block of Enrose Avenue, in an attempt to steal the
vehicle.
Grand Theft, Auto - A 1990 Plymouth Laser was stolen from the 28500
block of Western Avenue.
August 21
Residential Burglary - Miscellaneous papers were stolen from a home in
the 6400 block of Seacove Drive. There was no sign
of forced entry.
August 23
Armed Robbery - A male suspect armed with a handgun forced a store
owner to give him U.S. currency and credit cards in a store in the
29100 block of Western Avenue. The suspect fled in
an awaiting vehicle.
