CRIME SUMMARY

 

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos

Verdes included two residential burglaries, three vehicle

burglaries, one felonious assault, two grand thefts, auto,

one petty theft, and two acts of vandalism.

 

 

ARRESTS

 

Drunk Driving - 2 Vehicle Laws - 6

 

 

December 12

 

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke the

door of an apartment in the 6500 block of Oceancrest Drive

and ransacked a bedroom. It was unknown if anything was

taken at the time of this report.

 

December 15

 

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole a

cellular phone from a locked car parked in a parking

structure in the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive. There was no

sign of forced entry.

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1985 Toyota Corolla was

stolen from the 4500 block of Maine Road.

 

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a

window of a vehicle in the 28400 block of Pontevedra Drive

and stole a cellular phone, a car stereo, and a briefcase.

 

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a

window of a vehicle in an underground garage in the 5700

block of Ravenspur Drive and stole a car stereo.

 

December 16

 

Felonious Assault (daytime) - A male suspect punched and

kicked a male victim in the 5900 block of Montemalaga Drive.

 

 

December 19

 

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown pried a

garage door open and stole numerous items from a home in the

30300 block of Cartier Drive.

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1990 Nissan Maxima was

stolen from the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive.
