CRIME SUMMARY

 

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos

Verdes included two residential burglaries, one vehicle

burglary, one other structure burglary, three grand thefts,

auto, one grand theft, one petty theft, one mail theft, and

one act of vandalism.

 

 

ARRESTS

 

Vehicle Laws - 1

 

 

December 1

 

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke the

windows of two vehicles parked in a driveway on Cayuse Lane,

ransacked the interiors, and stole a briefcase.

 

Grand Theft (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous

items from two unlocked vehicles parked in a driveway in the

6500 block of Nancy Road.

 

Residential Burglary - Person(s) unknown stole jewelry from

an open garage in the 27900 block of Ridgecove Court.

 

December 2

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1995 Lexus GS300 was stolen

from the 6700 block of Eddinghill Drive.

 

December 3

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1997 Lexus LX450 was stolen

from the 6900 block of Abbottswood Drive.

 

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown forced

open a sliding glass window of a home in the 28400 block of

Pontevedra Drive and stole golf equipment and U.S. currency.

 

December 5

 

Grand Theft, Auto (daytime) - A 1985 Chevrolet El Camino was

stolen from the 29400 block of Indian Valley Road.

 

Other Structure Burglary - A male suspect entered an open

garage of a home in the 26700 block of Basswood Avenue and

ransacked the interior of two vehicles. It was unknown at

the time of this report if anything was taken.
