CRIME SUMMARY

 

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos

Verdes included two residential burglaries, two grand thefts,

auto, one grand theft, one petty theft, and two acts of

vandalism.

 

 

ARRESTS

 

Vehicle Laws - 3 Drunk - 1

 

 

January 4

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1994 Acura Integra was

stolen from the 6000 block of Via Sonoma.

 

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole

several items from a home in the 28000 block of Ridgebluff

Court. There was no sign of forced entry.

 

January 7

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1992 Toyota pickup was

stolen from the 31200 block of Ganado Drive.

 

Grand Theft - The victim reported that between December 24,

1997 and January 6, 1998, person(s) stole electrical wire

from the grounds of a property in the 6600 block of Palos

Verdes Drive South.

 

January 8

 

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown pried

the doorlock of a sliding glass door of a home in the 28000

block of Ridgebluff Court, and stole electronic equipment and

U.S. currency.
