CRIME SUMMARY

 

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included

one residential

burglary, one other structure burglary, two grand thefts auto, and one grand

theft.

 

 

ARRESTS

September 20

 

Grand Theft Auto (overnight) - A 1992 Honda Accord was stolen from the 4100

block of Palos

Verdes Drive East.

 

September 22

 

Grand Theft Auto (overnight) - A 1987 Mitsubishi Galant was stolen from the

6800 block of Los

Verdes Drive.

 

Grand Theft - Between the dates of September 15th and September 19th,

person(s) unknown stole

jewelry from a home in the 6500 block of Via Baron. There was no sign of

forced entry.

 

September 24

 

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown forced open a door and

stole U.S. currency

and a safe containing jewelry from a home in the 6600 block of Beachview

Drive.

 

September 26

 

Other Structure Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) stole numerous items from a

unlocked detached

garage in the 32200 block of Schooner Drive.
