Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos
Verdes included one commercial burglary, one attempted
commercial burglary, one residential burglary, one grand
theft, auto, two grand thefts, one mail theft, and three acts
of vandalism.

June 3
Attempted Commercial Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown
removed an air vent cover in an attempt to enter a business
in the 31200 block of Palos Verdes Drive West.
Commercial Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown broke a
window and entered a business in the 31500 block of Palos
Verdes Drive West. It was unknown at ht time of this report
if anything was taken.
June 4
Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown forced
open a window and entered a home in the 29600 block of Island
View Drive. The suspect(s) took a set of keys and then stole
a 1993 Acura Integra parked outside the residence.
Grand Theft - The victim reported that between May 4 and May
29, 1998, person(s) unknown stole jewelry from her home on
Paseo De Castana. There was no sign of forced entry.
Grand Theft, Auto (daytime) - A 1995 Honda Accord was stolen
from the 6500 block of Madeline Cove Drive.
June 6
Grand Theft (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole body parts
from a car in the 2000 block of General Street.
