CRIME SUMMARY

 

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos

Verdes included one commercial burglary, two residential

burglaries, three vehicle burglaries, two grand thefts, auto,

three petty thefts, one attempted petty theft, and one act of

vandalism.

 

 

ARRESTS

 

Vehicle Laws - 5 Spousal Assault - 1

 

 

May 3

 

Commercial Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a

window and stole a copying machine from a business in the

32200 block of Palos Verdes Drive West.

 

May 4

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1991 Ford Taurus was stolen

from a driveway in the 30600 block of Palos Verdes Drive

East.

 

May 6

 

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a

window and stole a cellular phone from a car in a parking

structure in the 3200 block of La Rotunda.

 

May 7

 

Grand Theft, Auto (overnight) - A 1991 Jeep Wrangler was

stolen from a driveway in the 1200 block of Bloomwood Road.

 

Vehicle Burglary (nighttime) - A male suspect broke a window

and stole a cellular phone and charger from a vehicle in the

1900 block of Redondela Drive.

 

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a

door and entered a home in the 28400 block of Pontevedra

Drive. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a

window and stole numerous items from a car in a sub-garage in

the 32600 block of Nantasket Drive.

 

May 9

 

Residential Burglary (evening) - Person(s) unknown broke a

window and stole a computer and a television from a home in

the 29000 block of Trailriders Road.
