CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one attempt strong-arm robbery, one residential burglary, two vehicle burglaries, one grand theft (auto), one grand theft, one petty theft and one two acts of vandalism.

October 10
Grand Theft (Auto) - A 1989 Buick Park Avenue was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 28900 block of Indian Peak Road.
October 13
Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a briefcase from a car in a parking lot in the 26200 block of Silver Spur Road.
October 14
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a locked car in the 7300 block of Via Lorado. There were no signs of forced entry.
Grand Theft (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole several items from an unlocked car in a driveway in the 7200 block of Berry Hill Drive.
October 16
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown entered an unlocked attached garage in the 28600 block of Meadowmist Drive and stole numerous items.
Attempt Strong-arm Robbery (daytime) - A female suspect was arrested after she repeatedly punched a female victim and demanded U.S. currency at the corner of Hawthorne Boulevard and Crest Road.
