CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included three residential burglaries, three vehicle burglaries, one petty theft and three acts of vandalism.

September 5
Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole a cellular phone from an unlocked vehicle in an open garage in the 27400 block of Elmbridge Drive.
September 6
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown smashed the window of a van in the 28100 block of Highridge Road and stole hundreds of cartons of cigarettes and a pair of sunglasses.
September 8
Residential Burglary - A victim reports that between the dates of September 6th and September 8th, person(s) unknown stole numerous items from an unlocked garage in the 5800 block of Ironwood Street.
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole an envelope containing miscellaneous papers from a cabinet in a garage in the 1800 block of Toscanini Drive. There were no signs of forced entry.
September 11
Vehicle Burglary (nighttime) - A male suspect and female suspect stole numerous items from two vehicles in the 31000 block of Hawksmoor Drive. The suspects were arrested on Palos Verdes Drive South while attempting to leave the area.
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown damaged a door lock and stole car stereo equipment from a vehicle in the 6500 Block of Beachview Drive.
