Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included
one strong-arm robbery, one vehicle burglary, two other structure burglaries, one attempt grand theft auto, and four acts of vandalism.

Other Structure Burglary - A victim reports that between the dates of April
30th - May 3rd, person(s) unknown stole numerous items from an office trailer on Sailview Avenue. There was no sign of forced entry.
May 4
Attempt Grand Theft Auto (overnight) - Person(s) unknown smashed the window
of a car in the 29600 block of Western Avenue and damaged the steering column in an attempt to steal the car.
May 5
Other Structure Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous
items from a storage bin on Sailview Drive. There were no signs of forced entry.
May 6
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a
locked car in a carport in the 6700 block of Los Verdes Drive. There were no signs of forced entry.
Strong-Arm Robbery (daytime) - Two male suspects used physical force to take
U.S. currency from a male victim as he was walking in the 29000 block of western Avenue. Both suspects were later arrested a short distance away.
