Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included
one residential burglary, two vehicle burglaries, one other structure burglary, one grand theft, two petty thefts, and two acts of vandalism.

Vehicle Burglary - A victim reports that between the dates of February 10th
and February 23rd, person(s) unknown cut the canvas top frame and damaged the dashboard of a car in a parking structure in the 6600 block of Beachview Drive.
February 24
Grand Theft (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole golf clubs from a car in a
driveway in the 5300 block of Middle Crest Road.
February 26
Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown smashed a window of a car in
a parking lot in the 30300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard and stole a purse.
February 26
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown ransacked a home in the
28400 block of Quailhill Drive. There were no signs of forced entry and it was unknown at the time of this report if anything was taken.
February 27
Other Structure Burglary - A victim reports that between the dates of
September 1st 1998 and February 24th 1999, person(s) unknown stole several items from an unlocked detached garage of a home on Marguerite Drive.
