CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included
two commercial burglaries, two residential burglaries, one vehicle burglary, one other structure burglary, one felonious assault, one grand theft auto, one grand theft, one petty theft, one mail theft and two acts of vandalism.

Commercial Burglary - 1,Felonious Assault - 1, Drunk Driving- 1, Vehicle Laws - 2.
January 24
Commercial Burglary - A victim reports that between the dates of January
24th and January 26th, person(s) unknown stole several items from a store in the 28900 block of Western Avenue. There were no signs of forced entry.
January 25
Grand Theft Auto (morning) - A 1995 Nissan Altima was stolen from a driveway
in the 27100 block of Freeport Road.
Grand Theft (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole several items from an
apartment in the 6600 block of Beachview Drive. There were no signs of forced entry.
January 26
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown forced open the window of
a home in the 28100 block of Highridge Road and stole several items.
January 27
Commercial Burglary (daytime) - A female suspect was arrested after she
entered a store in the 28500 block of Western Avenue and stole food.
January 28
Felonious Assault (morning) - A male suspect was arrested after he pointed a
handgun at two victims in the 29600 block of Western avenue.
January 29
Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown entered a home under
construction in the 6400 block of Via Canada and stole several items.
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown smashed the window of a car
parked in the 29000 block of Clevis Road and stole several items.
January 30
Other Structure Burglary - A victim reports that between the dates of
January 16th and January 23rd, person(s) unknown entered the victim's open garage in the 2600 block of Sunnyside Ridge Road and golf equipment.
