CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one strong-arm robbery, two residential burglaries, one vehicle burglary, one other structure burglary, one grand theft (auto), two grand thefts, one petty theft and one mail theft.
ARRESTS
Vehicle Laws - 3
October 24
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a numerous items from a car in a subterranean garage in the 5900 block of Armaga Springs Road.
Other Structure Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown pried a door open and stole numerous items from a storage locker in the parking area of an apartment complex in the 28100 block of Highridge Road.
October 25
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole car keys from a home in the 29400 block of Indian Valley Road. There was no sign of forced entry.
Grand Theft (auto) (overnight) - A 1998 Toyota Corolla was stolen from a garage in the 7000 block of Los Verdes Drive.
Grand Theft (daytime) - Three male suspects in a white truck stole a ladder from the parking area of an apartment in the 28100 block of Peacock Ridge Drive.
October 27
Strong-arm Robbery (nighttime) - A male suspect used physical force to take a pager and a payroll check from a female victim in the 5000 block of Palos Verdes Drive South.
Grand Theft - A victim reported that between October 11th - 18th, person(s) unknown stole jewelry from a home in the 30000 block of Via Rivera. There was no sign of forced entry.
Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown forced security bars open and entered a home in the 3500 block of Seaglen Drive. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
