CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included two residential burglaries, four vehicle burglaries, one grand theft (auto), two petty thefts and two acts of vandalism.

October 16

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a home in the 6600 block of Via La Paloma. There was no sign of forced entry.

October 17

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a locked car in a driveway in the 6500 block of Via Siena. There was no sign of forced entry.

October 18

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown pried a window open and stole a numerous items from a car in the 28500 block of Radbrook Court.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a locked car in the 1400 block of Toscanini Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a car stereo from a car on La Vista Verde.

October 20

Grand Theft (auto) (nighttime) - A female suspect stole a 1997 Ford Escort from the driveway of a home in the 2000 block of Trudie Drive. The vehicle was found a short time later a short distance away.

October 21

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous tools from the garage of a home in the 1900 block of Upland Street.
