Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one armed robbery, one commercial burglary, one residential burglary, one attempt residential burglary, three grand thefts, one petty theft, one mail theft and three acts of vandalism.

Commercial Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown stole a computer from an open business in the 28900 block of Western Avenue.

September 25

Grand Theft - A victim reported that between September 20th - 22nd, person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a business in the 28300 block of Western Avenue. There was no sign of forced entry.

September 27

Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from an open garage of a home in the 2800 block of San Ramon Drive.

September 28

Grand Theft - A victim reported that between September 8th - 13th, person(s) unknown stole a camcorder from her home in the 6000 block of Flambeau Road. There was no sign of forced entry.

September 29

Armed Robbery (daytime) - A male suspect, armed with a handgun, stole a male victim's wallet and 1991 Cadillac in a garage in the 6500 block of Ocean Crest Drive.

September 30

Grand Theft (overnight) - Person(s) unknown reached into an open window and unlocked the door of a vehicle in a driveway of a home in the 4100 block of Miraleste Drive. Numerous items were stolen.

Attempt Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown cut a screen in an attempt to enter a home in the 3500 block of Coolheights Drive.
