CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one commercial burglary, one residential burglary, one vehicle burglary, one grand theft, three petty thefts and eight acts of vandalism.

July 31

Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a woman's purse from a car in a parking lot in the 5400 block of Crest Road.

Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from an unlocked car in an open garage of a home in the 2300 block of Rue Le Charlene.

August 5

Commercial Burglary (nighttime) - Two male suspects took two cases of beer and ran from a store in the 28000 block of Western Avenue.

Grand Theft - A victim reported that on July 29th, person(s) unknown stole numerous items from the lawn of a home in the 6500 block of Sattes Drive.
