CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included two residential burglaries, two attempt residential burglaries, one other structure burglary, two grand thefts, three petty thefts and four acts of vandalism.

July 24

Grand Theft - A victim reported that between July 20th - 22nd, person(s) stole an antique table from a home on Rockinghorse Drive. The theft occurred during the process of the victim moving.

Attempt Residential Burglary (weekend) - Person(s) unknown broke a window in an attempt to enter a home in the 1900 block of Avenida Feliciano. Entry was not gained.

Grand Theft (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole a tree stump grinder from the yard of a home in the 3500 block of Bendigo Drive.

July 25

Attempt Residential Burglary - A victim reported that between July 17th - 24th, person(s) unknown damaged a garage door and a window in an attempt to enter a home in the 29500 block of Oceanport Road. Entry was not gained.

Residential Burglary - A victim reported that between July 15th - 17th, person(s) stole numerous items from the garage of a home under construction in the 6300 block of Palos Verdes Drive South.

July 27

Other Structure Burglary - A victim reported that on July 21st, person(s) stole numerous items from the detached garage of a home in the 27800 block of Avenida Cuaderno.

July 28

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown forced a garage door open and attempted to pry open an interior door to a home in the 30900 block of Marne Drive. It was unknown at the time of this report if anything was taken from the garage.
