CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one commercial burglary, three residential burglaries, one vehicle burglary, two grand thefts (auto), one petty theft, one mail theft and four acts of vandalism.

Grand Theft (auto) (overnight) - A male suspect was arrested in the 5500 block of Palos Verdes Drive South after stealing a 1993 Plymouth Sundance from the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive.
Commercial Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a glass door and stole a cash register containing U.S. currency from a business in the 28900 block of Western Avenue.
Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole an air compressor from an open garage of a home in the 2300 block of Sunnyside Ridge Road.
May 4
Grand Theft (auto) (overnight) - A 1985 Ford pickup was stolen from the 29200 block of Bayend Drive.
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Two male suspects entered a home, through an unlocked door, in the 27600 block Warrior Drive. The suspects were scared off by the resident.
Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a home in the 2000 block of Avenida Feliciano. There was no sign of forced entry.
Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole numerous items from a car in a parking stall in the 1800 block of Caddington Drive.
