CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one commercial burglary, one residential burglary, two school burglaries, two vehicle burglaries, one other structure burglary and three acts of vandalism.

February 13
Commercial Burglary (nighttime) - Two male suspects grabbed a video game console and ran from a store in the 28900 block of Western Avenue.
February 14
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a locked vehicle in a parking structure in the 5900 block of Armaga Springs Road. There was no sign of forced entry.
Residential Burglary (daytime) - A male suspect climbed in a window and stole numerous pieces of jewelry from a home in the 28400 block of Trailrider Drive. The suspect fled after being confronted by the resident and was arrested a short distance by deputies responding to the home.
School Burglary (weekend) - Person(s) unknown pried a rooftop trap door open and entered a school in the 29300 block of Palos Verdes Drive East. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
Other Structure Burglary (weekend) - Person(s) unknown stole a bicycle from an unlocked detached garage of a home in the 2000 block of Trudie Drive
February 15
Vehicle Burglary - A victim reported that his wallet was stolen from his locked vehicle at a business in the 29500 block of Western Avenue. There was no sign of forced entry.
February 19
School Burglary - A victim reported that between the February 16th - 19th, person(s) unknown forced two doors open and stole a clock from a classroom of a school in the 5900 block of Palos Verdes Drive South.
