Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one other structure burglary, one residential burglary, one vehicle burglary, three grand thefts, one petty theft and eight acts of vandalism.

Other Structure Burglary (weekend) - Person(s) unknown pried a door open and stole numerous tools from a storage container in the 5900 block of Palos Verdes Drive South.
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a car stereo from a vehicle in the 4200 block of Dauntless Drive.
Grand Theft - A victim reported that between May 1st - 15th, person(s) unknown stole U.S. currency from her home on Via Malona. There was no sign of forced entry.

Grand Theft (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown stole a purse from an unlocked car in an open garage of a home on Via San Remo.
Grand Theft (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous tools from the bed of a truck in a driveway in the 2800 block of San Ramon Drive.
May 18
Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown removed a screen and climbed in a window of a home in the 2500 block of Colt Road. It was unknown at the time of this report if anything was taken.
