CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included five residential burglaries, one vehicle burglary, one other structure burglary, two petty thefts and one act of vandalism.

April 8

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole a bicycle from an unlocked garage of a home in the 29600 block of Enrose Avenue.

April 9

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole jewelry from a home in the 5700 block of Mistridge Drive.

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Two male suspects broke a window, reached in and unlocked it, at a home in the 30500 block of Cartier Drive. Nothing was taken as the suspects were scared off by someone inside the residence.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole a gate opener from a locked car in an underground parking area in the 29600 block of Island View Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.

April 10

Other Structure Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole numerous items from an unlocked storage shed at a home in the 28900 block of Covecrest Drive.

April 11

Residential Burglary - A victim reported that between January 5th - April 11th, person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a home in the 28000 block of Palos Verdes Drive East. There was no sign of forced entry.

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown stole two bicycles from a locked garage of a home in the 29600 block of Enrose Avenue. There was no sign of forced entry.
