CRIME SUMMARY

Crimes reported this past week in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included two residential burglaries, one school burglary, four vehicle burglaries, two grand thefts (auto), two petty thefts and one act of vandalism.

March 4

Grand Theft (auto) (nighttime) - A 1992 GMC truck was stolen from the 28500 block of Radbrook Court.

Residential Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole a motorized scooter from an unlocked garage of a home in the 2100 block of Crestwood Street.

March 6

School Burglary (weekend) - Person(s) unknown stole a computer from an unlocked room of a school in the 30500 block of Lucania Drive.

Vehicle Burglary - A victim reported that on February 28th, person(s) unknown stole numerous items from a car in a parking structure in the 32700 block of Seagate Drive.

Grand Theft - A victim reported that between February 8th - 14th, person(s) unknown stole jewelry from her home in the 3500 block of Bendigo Drive.

Residential Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole jewelry from a home in the 30100 block of Avenida Esplendida.

Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown cut padlocks and stole two generators and a wrench from two vehicles in a parking lot in the 5900 block of Palos Verdes Drive South.

March 9

Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole numerous items from a car in the 27100 block of Silver Spur Road.

March 10

Grand Theft (auto) (nighttime) - A 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis was stolen from a driveway on Headland Drive.

Vehicle Burglary (nighttime) - Two male suspects forced open the trunk of a car in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Summerland Street. The suspects were scared off by a witness.
