   This condominium is in the "The Estates" condominium complex, which is next to the Botanic guarden in Pales Verdes Peninsula. 
   We know from living in the area for eighteen years that this complex is nicer the other’s in the entire LA basin;  for it’s location and landscaping beauty. 
   We feel that this unit is in the best location within the complex because of the peacefulness, secure feeling of living here all that time.  Plus we have all the amenities.
   The pictures above show the surroundings area but I’m afraid this is not what we see off the balcony. What we see of our 2nd story balcony is a man-made stream, large shad trees; past that a fire-access lane, then an embankment that’s covered in scrubs, trees and greenery. This is the super quiet  location within the complex; no street noise, no car alarms, no kids playing and very little passers by.  And the people that do pass by live in the complex.  Being on the second floor adds to our security and makes for a nice view.  Sound like a seen in Colorado, well come and take a look. 
   The floor plan is open, with the front door entry area with the open dining area to the left and the nicely appointed kitchen to the right. Walk straight ahead and you are in the open area of the living room, with it’s far wall all window-and-sliding glass door to the balcony. Go to the right down a hall to the nicely sized master bedroom and it’s walk-in closet or into the bright and cheerful bathroom with a tower-tub combination.
   I apologize for not using pictures of the actual condo, my reason is that I don’t have pictures that on the computer that I could use.  I feel that when you take a look at The Estates and our location within the complex that you will definitely not be disappointed.
