James died while working on a construction site at UCLA Los Angeles campus. He was appointed to be the flaggeron that day. He was guiding the first double tractor trailer into the loading area where the first trailer was loaded, and while loading the second trailer, some dirt fall onto the fender of the trailer. James was asked to go and knock the dirt from the fender, and while doing so, the driver thought he heard the horn signal to move the trailer, and accidentally caught Jason's feet, throwing him on to his back and running him over from his feet to his head crushing him the entire length of his body. Jason's Uncle (my brother), was on the other side of the site and saw what was happening and couldn't do any thing about it.
