Ted briefs Board as to economic development /design committee decisions/proposals.

$60,000 in advertising revenue over the course of the fiscal year.

Ted mentions various general meetings RHE AWMA has held, discusses various issues raised at past meetings. Summary of recommended action items for City.

Zoning committee suggested: traffic flow & zoning.

Recommendation for approval for adding a seat for zoning and traffic flow. (Chaired by Mike)

Suggest Mike Mangione contact Aziz Allibhoy w/ KFC re: zoning issues.
