Everyone that has ever been in band knows that he/she has the best time in the world. Band people, commonly known as "Bandos", are the nicest people you will ever meet, and probably the smartest. A man came to our Band Room one day, his name was John Hassi, he taught us a lot of things about our instruments and what were capable of. The one thing that stuck with me most though was when he told that we are the smartest people in the school. He said that people that can play instrument are the smartest people on earth, because these are the only people that can use both sides of their brain, right and left, at the same time. This is not a normal function, for it requires to much effort to work like that. However for this person I don't know. What is that Jon?? |
On November 4th we will be competing at an unknown location. Further information proceeding this date: November 1, 2000.
Information about the November 18 show soon to come.
The 2nd of December the biggest competition ever, is called the "Tournament of Champions". The biggest, the best, the most glamorous bands in all of Southern California perform here. This huge presentation begins at an eye opening hour of 5:30 for most bands and sometimes earlier. The competition itself begins at 7:30 and doesn't end till later that evening. The whole day is filled with the excitement of watching the other competing bands.
