Athletics at RHP
RHP offers football, basketball, softball, baseball, cross country, volleyball and soccer teams. Staying current on team practices or game schedules is easy - check out the web site, call the Middle School or Upper School Athletics Hotline, or consult the most recent Friday letter. And if you aren’t able to play on a team, show your school spirit by attending the games.

Get to Know Your GAP
Each grade has at least one Grade Advisory Parent who is there to help you with updates on class-specific activities and to answer any of your questions.

What is an Advisor?
Each student has an advisor who keeps an eye on his/her overall progress inside and outside the classroom. In the middle school the advisor is usually one of the student’s academic teachers. In the upper school the advisor usually stays with the student for all four years, independent of any teaching relationship. Students meet with their advisors briefly each morning, and for occasional longer sessions on Thursday afternoons (Y period), to address individual concerns and/or take part in activities that focus on the Strong Character pillar of the school’s mission. The advisor provides a conduit of communication between classroom teachers and parents.

How About Lunch?
RHP is a cafeteria-free campus where students:
• bring their own lunch
• pre-order from Kelly’s Corner service
• order from LEI's Bon Appetit service

For Kelly’s Corner and LEI's Bon Appetit programs, please pick up forms at the office. The Parent Association sells pizza each Monday (starting Sept 8).

Questions?
Please contact Jenny Rasak at ext. 109.
