City Council and Planning Commission "packets".
The complete City Council and Planning Commission agenda-packets are available at both City Hall and Hesse Park.  The website versions (see above) contain agenda and staff reports, but do not include any attachments or public correspondence.  For the official complete version, look at these two places.

The City Hall and Hesse Park packets are usually available on the Friday preceding the meeting.

Public documents
All public documents can be obtained from either the City Clerk or the appropriate City Department. There is no charge to review or inspect documents at City Hall.  Copying costs are usually 15 cents per page if city personnel make the copies, or 10 cents per page if you make the copies.

"Friday Report"
The Rancho Palos Verdes City Manager, Les Evans, distributes a weekly summary of city activities from all department heads each Friday.  It contains a report of each department's accomplishments, activities, meetings, announcements, and calendar.

It is currently not available on their website, but can be viewed at no charge at City Hall, or copies prepared (15 cents per page).
