Jeff Lewis currently serves as Chair of the Rancho Palos Verdes Planning Commission.  During his tenure, Jeff has tackled controversial and difficult issues facing our city including the after the fact application for approval of the Trump Golf Course Flag Pole, the proposed dormitories at Marymount College, the modernization of the St. John Fisher's Church and the proposed 22 unit condominum complex on Highridge Road.  Prior to his appointment to the Planning Commission, he served on the RPV Traffic Safety Commission. Jeff was raised and educated in Southern California.  After graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara and Loyola Law School, Jeff settled in the South Bay and has lived in Rancho Palos Verdes since 2001. Jeff is a father of two and has an active law practice based in Palos Verdes.  His practice includes trial and appellate work primarily representing small business owners.
