Jeff Lewis is currently chair of the RPV Planning Commission. During his tenure on the commission, Jeff has a strong record of voting to protect residents' views, provide for open space and preserve the unique character of our city:
Highridge Condominium Project
When the owner of a vacant lot on Highridge wanted to build 22 condominiums that would have blocked the views of neighbors, Jeff Lewis consistently voted to require the owner to re-design the project to protect the neighbors' views.
Marymount Modernization / Dormitories
Jeff Lewis has consistently voted against the introduction of a 24 hour a day / 7 day a week residential use of the property in the form of student dormitories.
Valero Gas Station / CVS Pharmacy
Jeff Lewis was a vocal opponent of the application by the owner of the Valero Gas Station to build a CVS Pharmacy in a residential zoned neighborhood.
St. John Fisher Church Jeff Lewis voted to approve the modernization of the St. John Fisher Church.
Crestridge Senior Housing Jeff Lewis voted against the proposed low income housing on Crestridge. |
