Wake Forest finished 2nd in the Lady Paladin Invitational this Fall. The Demon Deacons are led by Junior Nuria Clau and Sophmore Deborah Means who finished 2nd and 4th individually in the Lady Paladin. Clau is one of eight nominees for the 2002 Socrates Award which is presented annually to the college athlete who best exemplifies excellence in athletics and academics.
Wake Forest is coached by Diane Dailey who was named Coach of the Year by the LPGA.
