Cost was $22,000 for this repair that added many years of life
to this drain. Do you believe we have 1,500 drains in this condition
to equal $30 Million? To replace this pipe,
the cost would have been $250,000 but by using common sense,
Public Works showed how responsible they are to your pocket book.
